Saturday, February 8th at 7:00 PM a host of local talented Lopez musicians will perform their annual benefit concerts, carrying on the wintertime tradition started by Lane Langford nine years ago. This year, all proceeds will benefit the Lopez Family Resource Center, the Lopez Island Conservation Corps, and the Lopez Children's Center. Each of these Youth programs will have a display and a staff member in the main lobby area, to share highlights and the recent successes of our local youth. A donation basket for checks, cash and or pledges will also be available to help support these inspirational programs.

Featuring Lost Marbles, with special guests Derek Eisel, The Fieldboats, Lane Langford, and Roseamber Sumner.

Lost Marbles are: Nick Teague (vocals, percussion, and ukulele), Susie Teague (vocals, keyboards, and percussion), Lisa Geddes (vocals, keyboards, and accordion), Phil Paige (guitars and vocals), Geoff Heard (guitars, dobro, pedal steel, lap steel), Rick Hoffman (bass and vocals), Todd Goldsmith (drums and vocals).

Derek Eisel is a local singer/songwriter and will be joined with some of the other musicians to play several songs off his newly recorded EP album.

The Fieldboats feature Chris Aiken (guitars and vocals), Kevin Sullivan (banjo, saxophone, keyboards, and vocals), Doug Poole (bass and vocals), and John Platter (drums and vocals).

The music will include original songs by several of the featured musicians, as well as songs from various musical genres including country, folk, western Americana, and rock.

Sound engineer James Leonard will return from Hawaii to run the sound and Brian Koch will run the light rig.
