Alpha is a musician, guitarist and song writer from Guinea, West Africa now based in Vancouver BC Canada.
For this workshop he will be demonstrating some techniques on how to play manding blues, a Guitar playing method taken from the Kora, a very popular traditional Instrument from West Africa. Plus the Rumba from the Congo.
Most of these styles can be played with your fingers or with a pick.
Please bring your acoustic or electric Guitar.
