Package 1: Basic Plan
$25.00/hour

This rental includes the main building without any technical services.
  • Available hours: 08:00 am - midnight (7 days a week)
  • Maximum use per day: 16 hours
  • Minimum charge per day: $50.00
  • Maximum charge per day: $300.00 ($200.00 by multiple, consecutive days)
  • Maximum charge for up to seven consecutive days: $1,000.00
  • Security Deposit: $50.00 ($200.00 if food is served)
  • May be reserved up to 12 months in advance

This plan includes basic technical services. It is possible to hire a center certified technician to assist you.
  • Available hours: 08:00 am - midnight (7 days a week)
  • Maximum use per day: 16 hours
  • Minimum charge per day: $70.00
  • Maximum charge per day: $420.00 ($280.00 by multiple, consecutive days)
  • Maximum charge for up to seven consecutive days: $1,000.00
  • Security Deposit: $50.00 ($200.00 if food is served)
  • May be reserved up to 12 months in advance

  • Maximum charge per day: $540.00 ($360.00 by multiple, consecutive days)
  • Maximum charge for up to seven consecutive days: $1,000.00

  • Minimum charge per day: $20.00
  • Maximum charge per day: $120.00 ($80.00 by multiple, consecutive days)
  • Security Deposit: $50.00
  • May be reserved up to 12 months in advance

Package 7: Free Wednesday Morning Class
$0.00/hour

The center is open on Wednesday morning for people to sign up to teach a class free of charge. The class must be free and open to the public.
  • Available hours: 10:00 am - noon (Wednesday only)
  • Maximum use per day: 1 hours
  • Security Deposit: $50.00 ($200.00 if food is served)
  • May be reserved up to 2 months in advance
